Loryx Systems provides a complete set of services to ensure the successful implementation of the Monitor system.

Implementation Management

Loryx assigns an Implementation Manager to guide the efforts of the Loryx team and coordinate with the local agency’s project manager during the implementation process.

Installation

Consistent with local IT policies, Loryx will review your server environment to help ensure it is compliant with the minimum server requirements, install Monitor onto your servers, and certify that it is operational and meets Loryx installation specifications.

Configuration

Loryx provides training, documentation, and assistance in configuring the system business rules, parameters, workflows, and lookup values.

Security Model Assistance

Loryx will assist our clients synchronize the agency’s organizational structure with Monitor domains, user group roles, and permission settings.

Documentation

Loryx provides all necessary technical, administrative, and user documentation to operate Monitor.

Training

Loryx provides different types and levels of training including a “Boot Camp” for the agency stakeholder, and administrative, technical, and train the trainer classes. In addition to on-site training we conduct internet training/review sessions throughout the implementation process.
